Now that you have selected your CoBuildTM model it is time to finalize your new home's finishes. Your new home comes delivered with your selections from a variety of included standard finishes If our provided selection of finishes does not align with your vision we can offer out a solution for both ends of the budgetary spectrum. For the budget concious we encourage you to explore our standard options and select which work best for you. Once your home is delivered and set on it's foundation any on-site upgrades can be made on your timeline. If you like our floor plans but require any customization or would like to pick your own finishes our pricing model requires adjustment to facilitate the additional resources required to deliver that custom home. Limitless customizations are availabe after a commitment deposit has been made. 100% of your deposit is transferred to the final price of your customized home.
