Pre-Construction
Analysis - Design - Estimation - Permitting
We work with our client through the design their unique project by leveraging our experience and industry partnerships. As the shape and layout of the building emerges, we construct the project specific pricing. Our team will work with local authorities to ensure that as the project details become more clear we are in compliance with all code regulations. Step-by-step we are able to provide clear and accurate information to the clients with the intention that when the pre-construction phase is complete our clients have Design, Permits, and Known Costs in hand.
Construction
Contracts - Scheduling - Management - Quality Control
Because our clients engage with us during preconstruction, we are always ready to start the project as soon as we sign a contract. Pre-Construction has allowed us to clearly define the scope as well as identifying all the correct project partners so our clients know their Subcontractors and Vendors as well as we do. Blockhouse values starting right, so site preparation and development is always handled by our team personally. As the project progresses we provide our clients with up-to-date information through documentation, schedules and regular project meetings. Although we will handle all the coordination of work, product production and inspections, you remain engaged in your project through every step all the way through until we hand you the keys.
Post-Construction
Punchlist - Compliance - Photography - Warranty
As the project comes to a close, we work closely with our clients to identify a clear path to exceptional finish. This “Punch-list” sets the expectation for our clients so they can feel comfortable that all their interests are foremost on the mind of our team. We work diligently to ensure that permitting compliance is completed, often times bringing in our own third party professionals as we obtain the necessary occupancy paperwork for each project. Because we take so much pride in our work and because we know our clients will be excited for their new home, we plan to record the occasion with professional photography. Of course we also stand firm on our quality with a one year workmanship and ten year structural warranties.
